About the Role

Responsible for overseeing and managing client relationships for the growing company. The role's main focus will be to prioritize client satisfaction, set targets, and promote new, healthy relationships between the company and customers.

Location: Stafford

Salary: £45,000.00

Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities – But Not Limited To:

  • Senior representation for the company, working with crucial client and partners.
  • Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers including agreeing reasonable and achievable SLA's and KPI's.
  • Creating and monitoring targets and metrics for the national accounts, suggesting improvements where appropriate.
  • Meeting clients and account managers on a regular basis to ensure strong relationships.
  • Follow up on complaints and queries on behalf of clients.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned to client needs.
  • Taking a leadership role in presentations and proposals for national accounts.
  • Monitoring and identifying market trends, competitors and new sales leads.
  • Pricing contracts to achieve company's gross margin expectations.

Experience and Qualifications Required for the Role:

  • Experience in a regional or national account manager position.
  • Experience in managing multi-faceted complex business relationships.
  • Knowledge of managing end-to-end business processes.
  • A sales background with a demonstrated history of sales performance.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
