- The ideal candidate has experience in a new logo sales role within PropTech, Commercial Real Estate, or B2B SaaS.
- They should be skilled at pipeline generation, demonstrating confidence in cold calling, social selling, and leveraging referrals.
- A proven track record of closing complex deals with large buying committees is essential.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are necessary, particularly in tailoring messaging for C-level executives.
