As a hotel service clerk, you will be coordinating room cleaning schedules, and ensuring cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards. Responsibilities include exhibiting conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures. Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service. Responsible for assigning day shift Guestroom Attendants' work assignments. Answers and logs all incoming calls from guests and other departments concerning Housekeeping, EVS, and maintenance issues. Dispatches guest requests concerning Housekeeping to Housekeeping Floor Supervisor or Houseperson. Dispatches guest request or request from other departments to the proper trade mechanic. Dispatches all requests concerning EVS to proper Shift Manager or Supervisor. Provides trade mechanic with computer generated work ticket. Updates work tickets and housekeeping calls upon completion of job. Logs in all lost and found items. Files completed log sheets, lost and found sheets, and housekeeping assignment sheets. Performs any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma. Some computer skills, specifically with AS/400 system. Familiarity with computer usage, pleasant phone manner, and good communication skills. Basic math skills.
Pay Range: USD $17.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr. Tipped Position
