As a Customer Operations Specialist, you'll be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, supporting the team on order fulfillment, inventory management processes, logistics, and other administrative functions as necessary to meet the location's needs. This role is part of our WinField United business who supplies agricultural inputs, expertise, and technology to our member-owners and other partners.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Post high school education preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two years of work experience required. Two years of accounting or general office experience preferred. Warehouse experience preferred.
Technology: Adequate knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, copying/scanning and proficiency with data entry and/or digital order management systems preferred.
Fundamentals of mathematics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability and willingness to learn new applications and processes. Must be agile and adept at multi-tasking and changing priorities quickly. Attention to detail is a must.
