Under the direction of the GSC and Assistant GSC Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing the casino cage and vault. The individual will be accountable for funds, verification of wins, handling customer disputes, enforcing department policies and procedures, and other duties as assigned. The individual will have strong knowledge of Title 31 and tax requirements as pertains to the gaming operation. The individual will have a strong working knowledge of all areas of Cash Operations, excluding the drop & count.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Provide guidance to GSC Cashiers working their respective shift.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Gaming License. Two years' experience in high cash handling experience preferred.
Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Proficient with computers and 10 key. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Will use a bill counter, casino kiosk, 10-key, multi-line phone.
