The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical functions in support of the Medical Staff and the Medical Staff Services Department and Physician Services/Recruiting. The Administrative Assistant will assist with paperwork on medical staff credentialing, professional practice evaluation, provider enrollment and continuing medical education. The incumbent will act as part of the recruitment team and assist in marketing and communication, interview process, logistics, budget management, candidate screening and onboarding. The incumbent has access to sensitive, confidential information and must be able to maintain those confidentially. The incumbent maintains established work procedures and must be able to determine priorities within imposed deadlines.

Hours/Shifts: 80 hours biweekly, day shifts.
Compensation: Hourly Wage Range: $24.50-$29.27. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
