Join our passionate and dedicated teams who are shaping the future of sound!
Key Responsibilities:
System design & modeling
Produce optimized loudspeaker system designs using L-Acoustics design tools (Soundvision, LA Network Manager, or equivalent), CAD, and acoustic modeling.
Define speaker selection, placement, aiming, processing, and rigging plans to meet SPL, coverage, and intelligibility targets.
Perform electro-acoustic calculations (SPL budgets, delay and level settings, time-alignment, FIR filtering) and simulate performance for various listening zones.
Project support & documentation
Create detailed deliverables: system drawings, BOMs, rigging plans, coverage plots, measurement reports, and commissioning notes.
Coordinate with project managers, integrators, architects, and contractors to align technical requirements and site constraints.
Commissioning & verification
Support on-site commissioning, verification, and acceptance testing, including measurements (SPL mapping, impulse response, RT60), tuning, and final optimization.
Troubleshoot acoustic, electrical, and networking issues; liaise with R&D and product support for resolution.
Customer & sales support
Provide pre-sales technical consultation and generate proposals that address performance, cost, and logistical constraints.
Deliver customer training, workshops, and product demos for integrators, sound engineers, and internal teams.
Act as a technical liaison between sales, product management, and customers during the sales and installation lifecycle.
Product feedback & continuous improvement
Collect field feedback and performance data to inform product development and documentation updates.
Contribute to knowledge base articles, application notes, and best practices.
