Study Support Specialist

Explore research careers and be a part of something bigger as a Study Support Specialist that supports our Immunochemistry Study Coordination team.

This is an on-site role.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support in the form of archival and on-site support for the Immunochemistry Study Coordination team.
  • Focus on details consistently on a daily basis.
  • Perform accurately all processes relevant to role.
  • Able to work on allocated projects, and seek guidance on priorities.
  • Actively engage with relevant training programs to gain an understanding of role and responsibilities.
  • Review peers' work for overall accuracy, timeliness, completeness, and soundness of technical judgment.
  • Deliver results within agreed timeframe.
  • Demonstrate good timekeeping and time recording (timesheets).

Education/Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science / Arts in a related field
  • At least 1 year (2 preferred) related or relevant laboratory experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform basic computer skills (e.g., Word Excel etc.)
  • Attention to detail is a big plus
  • Efficient in planning, prioritizing, and managing time.

Application Window: 10/7 thru 10/10/25

Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 hourly

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
