Technical Consultant

Motor Company is embarking on a critical digital transformation initiative to modernize its timekeeping infrastructure across the US and Canada. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Consultant to play a pivotal role in replacing our legacy timekeeping applications, TWOS and Kronos, with a state-of-the-art WorkForce Software solution for our hourly employee population. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition and to leverage the full capabilities of the new system.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in timekeeping systems, with a proven track record of implementing and supporting complex software solutions. They will be responsible for analyzing the current timekeeping processes, designing the new system architecture, and leading the implementation efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting detailed system analysis and requirements gathering
• Designing the new timekeeping system architecture
• Leading the implementation and configuration of the WorkForce Software solution
• Ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes
• Providing technical support and training to end-users
• Monitoring system performance and optimizing for efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in timekeeping systems and software implementation
• Strong knowledge of WorkForce Software or similar timekeeping solutions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Certifications in timekeeping systems or related fields are a plus
