We are seeking a Service Desk Technician to join the Help Desk team, providing frontline support for end-user IT issues. This role involves troubleshooting account lockouts, supporting enterprise applications, and assisting with system migrations. It is a contract position with the potential for extension or conversion to full-time employment, offering valuable experience in a global enterprise environment.
Intermediate — suitable for candidates with prior help desk or service desk analyst experience, but also open to entry-level candidates with strong technical aptitude and customer service skills.
This is a contract position based out of Evansville, IN.
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
