Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Work with account manager and team members to provide quality and timely service to customers.
• Schedule technicians to meet customer needs.
• Prepare contracts, invoices, and ensure effective communication within the organization.
• Provide quality administrative support.
• Perform effectively and confidently, occasionally without supervision.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Professional appearance.
• Knowledge and experience in mechanical contracting is a plus.
• Knowledge of AIA forms, certified payroll, prevailing wage, State and Federal forms is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of recent administrative support experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience preferred.

Computer Skills

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to learn other software applications.
