Retail Operating System (ROS)/GK Operations Program Coordinator
We are looking for a dynamic Retail Operating System (ROS)/GK Operations Program Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of ROS/GK that will generate incremental EBITDA, improve the Mobility & Convenience Americas (M&CA) guest experience, and drive operational efficiencies. You will be accountable for supporting the Operations Teams through the piloting and deployment of the groundbreaking digital products and initiatives for M&CA. The ROS/GK Operations Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting our Store Team Members as they navigate the challenges of site system conversions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with collaborators to integrate business opportunities and requirements into the products while maintaining a customer obsessed focus on delivery of the ROS products
- Troubleshoot with site staff and technical resources to quickly identify issues impacting the business and recommend changes to address the issues
- Ensure the GK data imports into PDI accurately, advance as needed and support the locations to close their daily paperwork accurately
- Drive clarity in ROS digital goes, prioritization, and execution with the site staff
- Maintain a forward-thinking mentality
- Ensure alignment of business capabilities, speak up if vital
- Liaise with COCO Operations Leadership and the I&E Team to support business objectives
- Serve as a role model, mentor, inspire, and empower the Store Team Members with delivery of ROS
- Support as needed with legacy systems
Experience:
Proven ability as an administrative or project management capacity. Experience with internal and external partners, running customer, branded marketer and direct dealer relationship.
Knowledge / skills:
- Hands-on experience working with GK POS (Point of Sale) systems, including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting within retail or convenience environments
- Critical Thinking: Ability to develop long-term plans that align with organizational goals
- Project Management: Strong skills in planning, completing, and being responsible for projects to ensure they meet objectives; strong attention to detail
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in assessing data and trends to measure the impact of various initiatives and communicating to partners
- Engagement: Effective communication, collaboration with various partners, ability to influence without authority, understanding nuances and dynamic of external relationships
- Independence: Ability to work independently and organize time optimally
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust plans based on feedback and changing circumstances
- Innovative Attitude: Creativity in developing new directions to tackle sophisticated problems
- Ethical Judgment: Commitment to ethical practices and transparency in all activities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and perform duties in a discreet manner
- Project certification such as Agility, Scrum or PMP Certifications is a valuable asset.
