Quality Assurance Representative

Act as the Designated Supplier Quality Representative (DSQR) for customer source inspections, ensuring compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements. Support SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, and other quality documentation. Lead or participate in Gage R&R studies and product audits. Communicate quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams and customers. Ensure compliance with export control laws and maintain documentation for controlled technologies. Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and coordinate with Quality Engineers and production teams. Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measurement tools and CMM equipment. Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and CMM reports for conformance. Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment and ensure traceability of inspection records.

Additional Skills & Qualifications: NICE HAVE - ASQ Certified Technician preferred. - 3+ years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in aerospace or injection molding.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of West Chester, OH.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
