Outside Sales Representative

Requirements:

• A valid driver's license and a vehicle with room for flooring samples
• Comfortable taking samples of flooring and carpet into customer's homes
• The ability to attend in-person and virtual sales meetings/trainings
• Evening and weekend availability is required
• Achieve a monthly minimum of 2 self-generated sales
• Ability to use electronic tablets, measuring devices, and sample boards in connection with sales presentations
• Present professionally

Schedule: Provided upon interview. Sunday - Thursday, Monday - Saturday. Evening and weekends required.

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 (based on 100% commission) + commission bonus opportunities

Job Summary: Provide outstanding customer service and connect with customers to meet their in-home flooring needs. You'll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission!

Outside Sales Representative Job Duties:

• Hot leads will be provided for flooring sales.
• Establish contact with potential customers.
• Perform product demonstrations.
• Meet with customers in their homes and offer flooring products based on their needs.
• Foster professional relationships with customers and potential customers.
