Opportunity

The Oracle Services practice assists our national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering, and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives. This group advises clients to understand, architect, and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business. Your focus will be on helping clients to achieve the following key benefits:

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing relationships with key stakeholders and client executives
• Leading and managing global delivery teams responsible for activities related to technical workstream during project planning, requirements definition, development, testing, cutover, training, and rollout of application implementations
• Managing and guiding a team of technology professionals advising clients on best practices and approaches to integrate Oracle Cloud applications with the application ecosystem, migrate data, and establish data privacy and data security
• Assisting in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership, and accelerators to differentiate EY in the ERP advisory market
• Gaining understanding of vendor product roadmap, features, and functionalities and performing knowledge sharing sessions for advancement of teams
• Partnering with other practices and service lines to imagine, architect, design, and deliver innovative solutions
• Being responsible for the overall architecture, design, and technical oversight of complex business initiatives centered around Oracle Cloud in customer advisory engagements
• Participating in customer engagement planning and sales efforts. Review and influence existing customer strategic goals. Collect, prioritize, and document customer requirements
• Developing people by encouraging individuals to think for themselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the team. Delegate work successfully. Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback/training

• Teaming with client technology professionals and/or third-party strategic alliances to provide implementation of technology solutions
• Demonstrate quality project execution and delivery by successfully monitoring project/program team economics, performance against the job arrangement and budget, and proactively adjust scope, timing, and resources as appropriate and if necessary
• Developing people by encouraging individuals to think for themselves and take responsibility for their contributions to the team. Delegate work successfully. Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback/training
• Generating new business opportunities by thoroughly understanding EY and its service lines and actively assessing and presenting ways to apply knowledge and services
• Developing long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally
• Managing and supervising a team of technology professionals through all phases of the technology lifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture design, conversion, and testing
• Interacting and communicating effectively with human resources and technology senior and middle management executives

To qualify, candidates must have:

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 15 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 12 years of related work experience
• 12-15 years of experience working with ERP application implementations system as a Technical Lead, Application Development Lead, or Enterprise Application Integration lead, with at least 6 years spent in a managerial and IT/business integration role
• Multiple full-cycle implementations of Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle EBS Applications implementation experience preferably for large organizations with global presence
• Proven track record in leading the development team responsible for integration, data migration, and reports development activities for Oracle Cloud applications
• Knowledge about integrations tools and technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or any leading integration platform
• Demonstrated use of Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM
• Proficient in leveraging Agile Approach and toolset used to drive hybrid-agile methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills
• Prior consulting experience which includes building trusted relationships with C-Level executive management
• The successful candidate must also be willing and able to travel as needed to meet client demand
