Basic Job Functions:

• Oversees all Thread line operations
• Maintains the overall quality of the product
• Completes all shift reports for the day
• Performs hourly inspections of the tubing
• Consolidates data for chaser usage
• Oversees the set-up, adjustments and change overs for all equipment of the machine
• Performs preventative maintenance on the machine when necessary
• Handles and disposes of all hazardous material created and zinc contaminated dust filters

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in a production environment
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of leading a team in a Manufacturing/Industrial environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Significant work experience in a high volume manufacturing environment
• Significant work and understanding of Thread line process
• Ability to work in a team environment with strong, positive communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Warehouse Operations including Overhead Cranes, and Lift Trucks
