Material Handler - $17/hr

Material Handler/Forklift Operator

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Material Handler to join our team. This position is based onsite in a climate-controlled warehouse. The role offers opportunities for overtime and requires a strong commitment to meeting daily workload volumes.

Responsibilities include:

• Verify product information and pack products into coolers.
• Lift and stack cooler boxes weighing 15–20 lbs, occasionally up to 80 lbs.
• Stand and walk approximately 20,000 steps per day.
• Operate a manual pallet jack to move products around the warehouse.
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in inventory management.
• Proficient in material handling, packing, and order picking.
• General labor experience.
• Familiarity with RF scanners.
• Experience in shipping and receiving.
• Forklift operation experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in light industrial environments.
• Skilled in using non-powered pallet jacks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type & Location: This is a contract position based out of Louisville, KY.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
