Location: Clarksville, TN Onsite

Job Type: Salary Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)

Title of Immediate Supervisor: Senior Plant Human Resources Manager

You Have:

• Technical skills. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of leave of absence and employee benefits programs.
• Attention to detail. Self-directed with high attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Great communication skills. Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills. Customer focus and a team player.
• Soft skills. Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion.
• Experience. At least 1-2 years of entry-level Human Resources experience.
• Education. Equivalent combination of education and experience to a 4-year degree in HR or related field preferred.

You Will:

• Support. Be a vital source of HR information by responding to employee inquiries on site. Coordinate annual events including employee engagement survey, open-enrollment and performance review process.
• Update and maintain. Ensure the data integrity of ADP and other applicable HR databases while ensuring strict confidentiality at all times.
• Help. Assist employees with leave and disability requests or questions related to their benefits. Coordinate open enrollment efforts.
• Support. Support leadership with reporting various metrics and hosting local employee events and meetings.
