Google Ai Lead Engineer for Contact Center Solutions

As a Google AI Lead Engineer for Contact Center solutions, you will design and implement intelligent systems using the CCAI platform to create scalable, machine learning-driven solutions for enterprise clients. Also contribute to building scalable systems, improving model performance, and integrating AI into products that impact many of the users. Location: Louisville, Kentucky Experience: 10+ Years Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $112,000/Year to $132,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. Responsibilities

• Project Management, ownership is essential for delivering a cohesive and high-performing solution.

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for speech recognition, natural language understanding, and sentiment analysis.

• Design dialog flows and managing intent recognition

• Build IVR systems, call routing, and CRM integrations.

• Work with real-time analytics, call transcript analysis, QA automation and agent assist tools

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand contact center workflows and challenge areas.

• Customize and optimize Google's CCAI tools (Dialogflow, Agent Assist, etc.) for client-specific needs.

• Analyze call transcripts and customer interactions to improve model accuracy and customer experience.

• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing contact center platforms.

• Analyze with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

• Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and apply it to real-world problems.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Google Dialogflow ES/CX and Google CCAI.

• Proficiency in Python (for ML) and Experience with Java is a plus

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services
