Food Service Supervisor

TriHealth Rehabilitation Hospital, a joint venture with Select Medical & TriHealth Hospital, is seeking a Food Service Supervisor in Cincinnati, OH. This is a full-time position working every 3rd and 4th weekend with varying hours but must be able to work 11a-730p at times. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating operations of the department including food service and nutritional care to promote optimal patient care while providing exemplary customer service. Plans, organizes and implements department policies and procedures. Performs multiple responsibilities including but not limited to menu planning, personnel management, development, training and evaluation of systems and processes to achieve department goals. Assures compliance with standard practices and regulatory requirements.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a state or local approved food safety/sanitation course. Preferred experience includes knowledge of therapeutic diets and proficiency in computer skills.
