Maintenance Engineer

Join our team as a Maintenance Engineer, where you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems within our facility. Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on chillers, boilers, air handlers, and other HVAC/electrical systems.
• Conduct electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment.
• Work under the supervision of the Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician.
• Handle HVAC systems including rooftop units, refrigerants, filter changes, coil cleaning, motor exchanges, and building automation.
• Manage plumbing tasks such as sinks, drains, piping, and automatic flush toilets.
• Maintain life safety systems including fire, sprinkler, and alarm systems.
• Perform electrical tasks including lights, outlets, sockets, switches, and motors.

Essential Skills:

• 1+ year of maintenance experience or relevant schooling in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical systems.
• Ability to work on HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• EPA Universal 608 certification is preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Boom/scissor lift certification is advantageous.
• Background in carpentry is beneficial.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, OH.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
