We are seeking a skilled Engineering Administrative Assistant to support our executive team and Japanese advisory staff across various locations. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, requiring excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, coordinating meeting availability, facilitating content with other executive administrators and chiefs of staff, coordinating travel for executive members, planning and coordinating complex meetings, creating and tracking procurement requisitions, supporting expense reporting, tracking business expenses, distributing electronic announcements, coordinating internal change impacts, performing administrative onboarding tasks, and coordinating special activities.
Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office products, a 2-year associate's degree in business or a technical field, ability to work up to 5% overtime, and ability to travel up to 5%. Additional skills and qualifications include experience using PowerBI, administrating meetings within Microsoft Teams, experience in using SAP/Ariba procurement, and past experience within any department.
This position is located in Georgetown, KY, and will be based at the new PEMC building. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, with state-of-the-art facilities and a focus on innovation and excellence.
This is a contract position based out of Georgetown, KY.
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
