Culinary Services Group is looking for an exceptional Director of Dining Services to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of foodservice management, including production, budgeting, procurement, team leadership, and client engagement. You'll play a vital part in developing and implementing food and nutrition programs that exceed expectations, fostering team growth, and continuously enhancing service quality and operational efficiency. Your expertise in food service operations, quality assurance, team development, and financial performance will be essential to driving success.

Key responsibilities include overseeing all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account, managing overall day to day operations of the account, conducting HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations, overseeing scheduling, payroll and team training, maintaining excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments, working with the chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food, and rolling out new culinary programs in conjunction with company marketing and culinary team.

Preferred qualifications include a BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree, five years of foodservice operation experience, high volume production and catering experience, previous experience managing a budget, and a desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company.
