The primary role of this position involves coordinating computer equipment installs and break/fix appointments for our Field Service technicians. Much of the employee's day will be spent working within our IT Service Management System, ServiceNow, creating tickets and will involve contacting customers via email/Teams/phone calls to coordinate appointments. Candidates will need to have strong organizational skills and must possess great customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have an extroverted personality type and great communication skills. The office for these positions is located in Frankfort.
