Databricks Engineer

Job Opportunity

A fortune 100 company is seeking an experienced Databricks Engineer to join their team for a long term contract role working onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Databricks Engineer will join a team that is focused on the company's data management platform, a centralized database. They will be responsible for ingesting, cleaning, and making data available for downstream users. This role is entirely focused on using Databricks for these activities and curating the data.

Skills and Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
• 5+ years of experience using Databricks
• 1+ year of experience with Unity Catalogue
• 1+ year of experience with DAG for job optimization
• 5+ years of experience with Python and PySpark
• Experience deploying to the cloud, preferably Azure Devops and CI/CD experience
• Azure cloud AI and ML
