We're hiring for Customer Service Representatives! We're looking for a Customer Experience Agent to deliver outstanding service to tax professionals and their clients. You'll handle inbound calls, provide account details, explain product features, and promote our Refund Advantage Program—helping customers access their tax refunds faster through a loan. You'll also make outbound "Discovery Calls" to reconnect with past customers and transfer interested prospects to our sales team. No sales experience required. Expect to manage around 50 calls per day, plus some chat support.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service
• Answer inbound calls promptly (within 30 seconds) and manage 50+ calls daily
• Conduct outbound calls to past customers and transfer leads to sales
• Document all customer interactions for trend analysis
• Navigate multiple systems quickly to provide accurate account information
• Maintain service and quality levels at 90%+
• Support customers via phone and chat in a busy, dynamic environment
• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred)
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Computer literacy and data entry proficiency
• Financial or banking experience a plus
• Excel, chat, or email support experience a plus
• Bilingual candidates encouraged
