Assembler - Pay $17/hr - Moring Shift

Assembler - Immediate Start!

This entry-level production position involves working on the assembly line, where candidates will be cross-trained across various roles. Experience is not required, but candidates must be able to stand for the entire shift and maintain attention to detail. The primary focus is on creating custom filters.

Responsibilities include: performing light assembly tasks, conducting quality checks on products, assembling and preparing boxes, utilizing small hand tools for scraping and other tasks, and participating in the mechanical assembly process.

Essential skills include: the ability to use hand and power tools, a basic understanding of mechanical assembly, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance are also required.

This position offers competitive pay increases and the opportunity to work in a climate-controlled, comfortable environment maintained at 72 degrees year-round. The facility is clean, and the work is not physically demanding. Employees are integral to the production of custom air filters in a busy and growing company.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Jeffersontown, KY. The pay range for this position is $19.00/hr.
