2nd Shift Folder & Bindery Operator

The Folder & Bindery Operator is responsible for operating folder and bindery machines, producing high-quality printing jobs to meet customer and company expectations. This role requires efficiency in folding different configurations, completing regularly scheduled maintenance, and loading materials with products while adhering to strict deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Operate folder & bindery machines to produce high-quality printing jobs.
• Fold materials in different configurations as required.
• Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on machinery.
• Load materials and products into the machines.
• Follow all safety and quality measures.
• Complete necessary work forms accurately.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in packaging and bindery machine operation.
• Proficiency in general production and material handling.
• Ability to perform changeovers and preventative/corrective maintenance.
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to follow all safety and quality measures.

Work Environment:

The work environment includes two shifts: the first shift typically operates from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and the second shift from 2:15 pm to 10:45 pm.

Job Type & Location:

This is a permanent position based out of Loveland, OH.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $47840.00/yr. pto paid holidays healthcare plans boot allowance

This is a fully onsite position in Loveland, OH.
