Technical Skills

  • Design and Architecture: Knowledge of SD-WAN topologies, segmentation, and dynamic routing policies.
  • Configuration and Management: Experience with leading platforms (Cisco Viptela, Fortinet, VMware VeloCloud).
  • Integrated Security: Zero Trust policy enforcement, encryption, and traffic control.
  • Monitoring and Optimization: Use of tools for performance visibility and SLA adjustment.
  • Forescout (Network Access Control)
  • Network Access Control (NAC): Policy implementation for managed and unmanaged devices.
  • Integration with SIEM and Firewalls: Incident response automation.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Configuration of security profiles and regulatory reports.
  • Complementary Knowledge: Network protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
  • Automation and scripting (Python, Ansible) for deployments and audits.
  • Familiarity with hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Management and Coordination Skills

  • Planning and Prioritization: Organize deployments, changes, and maintenance to minimize impact.
  • Incident and Change Management: Monitor tickets, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Effective Communication: Translate technical concepts into understandable language for the business and stakeholders.
  • Supplier Management: Coordinate with manufacturers and partners for support and updates.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare clear reports on network status, risks, and improvements.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Guide the team, assign tasks, and encourage continuous improvement.
