This role is for a seasoned Human Resources professional, who is a proven, high-caliber leader in the HR field, understanding the key role of HR as a business partner in a global, highly matrixed and complex organization. You will have successfully supported organizational transformations, through developing the case for change and have supported senior leadership in driving cultural engagement against a compelling HR strategy. The role is for a leader with growth mindset who is capable of combining strategic and analytical perspectives and possibilities with a pragmatic and action-oriented approach, for example supporting HR policy development and implementation or handling complex HR cases.
You will - leading a small team of HR Business Partners - play a vital role in the ongoing growth, development and transformation of the business at the Hungarian Center with offices in Budapest and Szekesfehervar, while at the same time shaping a positive culture within the organization. The right candidate also has the business acumen to help shape business strategy as a member of the Hungarian leadership team and will ensure that the HR strategy and interventions support the overall Kyndryl growth ambitions, delivering business growth and an improved employee experience.
