We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.
Kyndryl Consult is the fastest-growing business within the organization and instrumental to the company's strategic growth objectives. We are expanding rapidly to meet the needs of clients facing their most complex technology challenges—especially those related to unlocking the full value of the cloud. Many clients have migrated workloads but are not realizing the benefits due to lack of modernization, inefficient workload placement, or technical complexity. We are growing our capability to support these clients, and we need leaders like you.
As a Platform Engineering Consult Partner, you will play a key leadership role in identifying cloud modernization opportunities and guiding clients through complex consulting engagements. You will be responsible for shaping strategic change agendas across Kyndryl's largest accounts, working at the intersection of business and IT transformation, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies—including Agentic AI—to deliver intelligent, adaptive, and scalable solutions.
As a Consult Partner, you will have a pivotal role in driving profitable growth, leveraging our comprehensive capabilities to build strong client relationships, and leading your team to success. This role demands a strong presence, industry expertise, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level clients. Your leadership will be critical in fostering talent development and innovation within the organization.
You will work alongside leadership from a client perspective, from an account team perspective, and from a practice perspective. You'll be responsible for getting to know our Platform Engineering team and understanding their strengths and capabilities. Then working with account teams to identify opportunities where our strengths can help clients succeed.

You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development.
