The Role

Imagine yourself in a role where you are the go-to expert in testing and troubleshooting, playing an essential part in identifying and resolving issues related to software updates, system images, and cutting-edge hardware deployment. Your expertise will be indispensable in tackling hardware and software challenges across various types of devices, both on-site and through remote support.

Demonstrating your knowledge in operating systems and popular applications, you will resolve technological failures with ease.

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic ecosystem, collaborating with other internal teams at Kyndryl, as well as our valuable strategic partners.

Technical and Professional Requirements Needed:

• Experience in IT support
• Basic technical knowledge in IT
• Basic technical knowledge in microinformatics
• Basic reading skills in English
• Availability to work in São Paulo - SP - 100% on-site
• Experience working with Jira
• Excellent communication skills, including email, phone, and in-person
• Advanced English

Skills and Desired Experience

• Complete higher education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
