The Role

Join our team of technology enthusiasts focused on the customer, dedicated to offering practical support and maintaining the clients' systems for a wide variety of end users, including executive support. As Deskside Support, you will not just be a problem solver – you will be a technology hero.

Imagine yourself in a role where you are the go-to expert for testing and troubleshooting, playing a crucial role in identifying and solving issues related to software updates, system images, and cutting-edge hardware deployments. Your expertise will be invaluable when dealing with hardware and software dilemmas on various types of devices, both in person and through remote support.

Demonstrating your knowledge of popular operating systems and applications, you will make technology problems disappear with ease. In this position, you will be part of a vibrant ecosystem, collaborating with other internal Kyndryl teams, as well as with our esteemed alliance partners, such as Microsoft.

Skills and Required Experience

  • High school or technical diploma completed;
  • Experience providing IT support;
  • Experience in environments with direct client contact;
  • Strong communication skills, including via email, phone, and in person;
  • Knowledge of Support Tools;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model;
  • Availability to work in shifts;
  • Knowledge of market platforms (Office Suite, Windows, and other operating systems).

Skills and Desired Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
