Workstation Support Engineer

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Experience in a similar position for 2 years.
• Deep understanding of Windows OS (10/11), basic knowledge of macOS and Linux.
• Knowledge of network principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams.
• Skills in working with incident management systems (e.g., Jira, Ivanty).
• Ability to diagnose and solve hardware and software problems.
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell or another scripting language is a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate with users of different technical backgrounds.
• Experience in maintaining technical documentation and knowledge bases.
• Ability to work under SLA and adhere to internal procedures.
