What You Will Do

1. Provide technical support for the FPNA system (Budgeting and Management Reporting System)
2. Perform administrative tasks in the system (error and incident resolution, system recovery, user administration, user request fulfillment)
3. Configure the FPNA system
4. Generate operational reports from the FPNA system
5. Develop macros necessary for automating processes in the system
6. Set up monitoring metrics, control system backup performance
7. Submit requests to Oracle Support
8. Install and test new patches, system updates for FPNA
9. Interact with system developers, monitor the completion of tasks assigned to developers
10. Participate in projects to develop the system

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Knowledge of the principles of functioning of budgeting and management reporting systems
• Experience in administering ERP systems (3+ years)
• Experience working with Oracle Cloud EPM Planning (Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close modules)
• Deep skills in working with Oracle databases, proficiency in PL/SQL (writing scripts, managing database objects)
• Knowledge of one of the main software products for working with Oracle databases (PL/SQL Developer, Toad, etc.)
• Experience working with Linux OS, skills in writing bash scripts
• Higher technical education in the field of information technologies
• English language – upper intermediate (B2)
