Support Engineer

What You Will Do

• Interact with users, understand their needs, and solve technical problems
• Respond to customer requests, analyze, and troubleshoot malfunctions
• Use monitoring tools and analyze logs to diagnose problems
• Ensure stable operation of the company's IT infrastructure
• Work in a team and collaborate with other departments
• Maintain high-quality service even in stressful situations
• Continuously develop technical skills and adapt to changes in technology

Qualifications and Experience Required

• 3+ years of experience in technical support
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux at the administrator level
• Understanding of network technologies
• Proficient in tools for analyzing and diagnosing technical problems
• Experience working with Oracle (SQL/PLSQL) and MSSQL databases
• Ability to quickly find and implement solutions
• Willingness to learn and professional development
