Sales Manager
Kyivstar.Tech is looking for a sales manager for the Packly project.
Packly is a FoodTech service marketplace where businesses can sell surplus products, and users can buy quality food at significant discounts.
We are looking for a specialist who will ensure the full sales cycle: from lead to onboarding and partner support.

What you will be doing:
- Conduct the full sales cycle of the Packly service: from lead search and qualification to contract signing.
- Conduct a pitch/demo of the service for cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets.
- Organize the onboarding of establishments: setting up the cabinet, menu/catalog, prices, and balances, training staff.
- Accompany the partner's work: launch activations, control first sales, retention.
- Coordinate integrations with the tech team.
- Manage the database: funnel, tasks, notes, forecast, report on KPIs.
Qualifications and experience required:
- 2–4+ years in B2B/B2C sales or partner onboarding (preferably HoReCa/retail/marketplaces/foodtech).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, independence, and responsibility for the result.
- Experience in full-cycle sales: lead generation → demo → negotiations → signing → activation.
- Ability to work with tables and presentations.
- Understanding of basic unit economics (margin, CAC, LTV, payback) and ability to argue with numbers.
Plus:

- Experience in connecting establishments to services/marketplaces.
