Presale Specialist For M2M/IoT Platform (B2B)

Kyivstar is opening a new position for an expert who will become part of the team implementing future technologies. If you are well-versed in M2M/IoT solutions, have a technical background, and can convey the value of complex solutions to business clients, this role is for you.

Main Tasks:

• Analysis of B2B client needs and selection of optimal IoT solutions based on the company's portfolio
• Presentation of the platform's technical capabilities and preparation of technical and commercial proposals
• Participation in negotiations with the sales team: from first contact to closing the deal
• Technical support of the sales process: participation in tenders, preparation of RFI/RFP, architecture alignment
• Collaboration with product, technical, and integration teams to customize solutions to client requests
• Participation in testing, pilot projects, and implementations (if necessary – coordination of the technical part)

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience in presale, solution architect, or technical sales positions – from 2 years
• Understanding of IoT solution architecture, typical M2M usage scenarios, knowledge of basic data transfer protocols (MQTT, CoAP, HTTPS)
• Experience in B2B sales of technical solutions: from needs identification to presentation and argumentation
• Ability to translate technical language into business benefits
• Higher technical education (telecom, IT, automation, or related fields)
• Communicativeness, systems thinking, responsibility

Plus:

• Understanding of clients' businesses in sectors such as logistics, agriculture, energy, smart city
• Experience with IoT platforms (e.g., Cisco Jasper, PTC ThingWorx, AWS IoT Core, etc.)
• Experience with low-code/no-code solutions or API integration
