IT Business Integrations Support Analyst 1
Kwik Trip's Network Services Department has an opening for an IT Business Integrations Support Analyst 1.
What you'll be doing…
As an IT Business Integrations Support Analyst 1, you will be responsible for assisting with providing first level support for one or more business software solutions for effectively and efficiently utilizing said system(s). This position will be involved in the implementation, documentation, testing, training, and support of specific business software solutions.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Assist with implementing and maintaining Contact Center software
- Assist in requirements gathering/analysis, testing, documentation, and training of contact centers.
- Analyze data trends and proactively recommend business advancement opportunities based on the available data
- Coordinate testing/communication with business units
- Maintain proper documentation of procedures and processes
- Provide job aids, training materials, and documentation of the contact center platform to the call centers.
You'll need to have:
- Experience with contact centers
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to meet project and department deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to change
- Strong problem-resolution skills
Even better if you have:
- Knowledge of creating APIs and integrations with ServiceNow and SalesForce
- Experience with telecommunications voice and data circuits
- Experience with creating and maintaining virtual agents
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours. Weekend and non-business hours work may be required as needed.
