Kwik Trip is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of IT Data Services to lead our enterprise data strategy. In this role, you will oversee the design, governance, and delivery of scalable data platforms that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will lead cross-functional teams focused on data architecture, engineering, analytics, and business intelligence, ensuring the integrity, security, and availability of our data assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the IT Data Services department, including multiple teams of managers, architects, and engineers
• Define and execute short- to mid-term (1 to 3 years) data strategies aligned with business goals
• Build and maintain enterprise data architecture, models, and blueprints
• Collaborate with leadership across departments to break down data silos and promote data accessibility
• Oversee the development and sustainability of data warehouses, analytics platforms, and reporting tools
• Drive data quality, integrity, and usability across the organization
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support data initiatives and compliance

What you'll bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in enterprise data management, data architecture, or IT leadership
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex data solutions
• Deep understanding of data lifecycle management, master data management, and data governance
• Experience with data platform tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, Astronomer, Sigma, Informatica, Power BI, and ETL platforms
• Strong communication and strategic planning skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours. Flexibility may be required to meet business needs.
