Internship Summary: The Marketing Intern will support the Advanced Materials team by organizing digital content, assisting with competitive market research, and contributing to various cross-functional projects. This role offers exposure to marketing operations, digital promotions, and data management tools such as Salesforce and Smartsheet. The intern will also collaborate with team members to improve content structure, support AI-related initiatives, and enhance the usability of internal platforms like Box and the Sales Portal.
The paid internship will be 13 weeks in duration for the summer of 2026 with flexible start dates. Student interns must be able to work full-time. This is a remote position located on the East Coast. The internship will be split between a major project and daily tasks. Housing will not be provided for the internship.
Responsibilities: Review and archive materials in Box and Smartsheet, organizing outdated content into a structured format. Assist the T&M group in gathering competitive intelligence on companies and products in the dental restorative materials market. Help document and standardize the structure and naming conventions for the Sales Portal. Support various Salesforce.com (SFDC) tasks as assigned. Contribute to AI-related projects and digital promotions initiatives as needed. Reorganize Advanced Materials content in Box, including adding video content and links, in consultation with team members.
Minimum Qualifications: Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program at an accredited college or university. Pursuing a B.S. in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. Completed at least one year of college coursework prior to the internship. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Strong academic performance minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA and extracurricular achievement. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. Demonstrated communication and leadership skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven track record of adaptability, innovation, initiative, and integrity. Must have legal U.S. working authorization to participate in the program. Must successfully pass pre-employment screening process. Must be at least 18 years of age.
