Joy Ambassador Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Know the Mission of Kuppa Joy
• Welcome and Engage Customers
• Know Food and Drink recipes and standards for serving our products
• Cultivate and maintain an excellent experience for both employees and customers
• Serve and value our customers
• Know our Cash Handling and Register Operations
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
• Know your Employee Handbook

Requirements:

• CA food handler certified (obtain when hired)
• Completion of Pre-Employment Exams sent via email

Pay & Benefits:

• $16.00 - $21.00/hr total compensation
• Closed on Sundays
• Complimentary Shift Drink
