We are KUGU. We make buildings energy efficient and future-proof! As a SaaS solution, we make energy consumptions transparent, evaluate them AI-supported, and visualize them on our energy data platform. Thus, we lower the CO2 emissions and increase the resource efficiency of our customers!

We are at the beginning of our scaling with the goal to become the leading platform for energy data in Europe! Therefore, we are looking for you as a motivated Junior Operations Manager (m/w/d) in Berlin.

You are responsible for the internal processing of our projects and thus ensure an efficient onboarding process. Sounds exciting?

Your Task

• You plan, coordinate, and accompany complex roll-out processes and are the contact person for external customer teams and hardware partners, both for organizational and technical issues.
• You collaborate with our product, operations excellence, and sales teams to scale, automate processes, and improve customer functionalities.
• You are responsible for the daily planning, prioritization, and review of assembly orders and hardware orders, and ensure the agile and pragmatic implementation of the projects.
• You collect insights and are responsible for the development and management of KPIs.

Your Profile

• You possess experience and/or other knowledge in the energy, housing sector or alternatively in technical building management / IoT / logistics.
• You are solution-oriented and can prioritize tasks agil and pragmatically.
• You have been responsible for the efficient design of processes as well as for the coordination of projects with different stakeholders.
• You have a hands-on mentality and can handle technical issues well.
• You have good German and English skills. No worries, for us motivation, experience, and the willingness to learn count more than the formal resume. Give us the chance to get to know you!
