Your Task

• Intelligent Energy Systems: Development and implementation of intelligent heating systems through the digitization of smart meters to optimize energy flows and increase self-consumption.
• Holistic Project Management: End-to-end project management from the analysis of customer requirements to feasibility studies, pilot projects, and final implementation, ensuring technical and economic efficiency.
• Interdisciplinary Team Leadership: Steering and coordinating interdisciplinary teams of plumbers, engineers, and software developers to ensure the smooth integration of all technical components and optimization of operational processes.
• AI-Supported Energy Management: Further development of intelligent energy management through real-time data analysis, AI-assisted optimization, and predictive maintenance for early detection of malfunctions and efficiency improvement.
• Product Development & Scaling: Responsibility for product rollouts and MVP developments through evaluation of new features in the field, direct influence on product strategy, and scaling of pilot projects.
• Seamless IoT & Cloud Connectivity: Ensuring seamless networking between hardware, software, and cloud platform through the integration of common protocols (Modbus, BACnet, MQTT) and optimization of real-time data streams for smart control strategies.
• Live Monitoring & System Optimization: Live data analysis for performance optimization and error prevention through continuous monitoring of system operations, and implementation of targeted optimization measures.
• Sustainable Transformation: Actively shaping the energy transition in the building sector through the development of innovative, digital, and sustainable control systems for CO₂ reduction and automation of heating and energy systems.

Your Profile

• Experience: Several years of experience in technical leadership, project management, or operational implementation of complex systems.
• Technical Know-How: In-depth knowledge of IoT technologies and communication protocols, as well as experience with digital platforms and cloud-based energy management solutions.
• Agile Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex projects in a dynamic environment with short decision-making processes. You independently steer from conception to commissioning.
• Leadership: You have a hands-on mentality with a solution-oriented working style. With your leadership skills, you motivate your team, foster an open culture, and work closely with our customers and external partners.
• Data and Analysis Competence: Confident handling of real-time data for system optimization and ideally experience with AI-assisted optimization and predictive maintenance.
• Communication Skills: Very good German and English skills in speech and writing, to communicate complex issues clearly and professionally.
