Administrative Support For Pricing Execution Team
Provide administrative support to execute the daily activities of the Pricing Execution Team to achieve department goals and objectives. Role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.
Responsibilities
Essential job functions:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with merchandising departments and stores.
- Provide assistance in handling adverse situations, such as team member and customer disagreements, in a manner to effectively get the job completed.
- Promote a strong team-building atmosphere.
- Responsible for accurate and complete pricing input and maintenance for the team.
- Create and maintain support for the intranet bulletin board.
- Request, test, and approve fixes/enhancement via user accepted testing (UAT).
- Resolve store pricing issues.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Qualifications
Desired previous job experience:
- Department specialist
- Broad knowledge of merchandising departments and systems
- Kroger mainframe experience
- Experience in merchandising, operations, or procurement
Minimum position qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Highly motivated and self-starter
- Customer service oriented
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Detail oriented and accurate
