Verify that consumer communication channels are accurate, relevant, clear and concise. Work in conjunction with Merchandising, Promo Planning and Marketing teams to maintain the integrity of communications and ensure accurate final communications are delivered within strict deadlines. Assign items in Promotion Execution for assigned department(s) to established standards
Proof content for all communication channels for assigned division(s) and/or department(s) against division-specific schematics, Enterprise Sales Planning (ESP) and item grids
Coordinate the dissemination of division-specific content across all channels
Collaborate and communicate with others across multiple levels and departments
Adhere to standards and guidelines, applicable laws, and production deadlines
Prepare and release final, approved communications through various channels
Create, update and distribute weekly version books and run lists for assigned divisions

Minimum:
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
Ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy and a strong attention to detail
Knowledge of company computer programs/applications (e.g., ESP, Proofing Manager, Promotion Execution)
Good oral and written communication skills and excellent grammar
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work professionally with team members and associates across all levels
Ability to be self-directed in planning workload and priorities; good follow-up procedures
Desired:
1 year of advertising experience
Knowledge and understanding of tools used by Kroger's creative and production teams
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
