Assess each store's ability to exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, service, variety, freshness, cleanliness, food safety, and regulatory conditions. Serve as the subject matter expert and liaison with Retail Operations to provide feedback on the effectiveness of the enterprise operational plans/programs, systems, and/or application opportunities. Work with store management to identify store opportunities, analyze reports, and make recommendations to improve sales, shrink, safety, profit, and the customers shopping experience.
