Sales Export Specialist (D/F/M)
We are looking for a Sales Export Specialist to join our team in Strullendorf.
In this role, you will be a key contact for our international customers and contribute to sustainable growth through excellent service, sales support, and strong collaboration across teams. As an Export Sales Specialist, you will support customers outside the European sales region and ensure smooth order processing while actively contributing to sales activities.
Your specific tasks include:
- Providing professional support to international customers for non-technical enquiries, identifying customer needs and expectations
- Proactive sales and customer support via telephone, including assistance with campaigns and promotions
- Close cooperation with field service representatives and internal departments
- Independent order processing from order entry to delivery, including all shipping and export documentation and coordination of delivery dates
- Monitoring and coordinating shipping operations
- Introducing and presenting Kramp services and sales channels
Focus on our Webshop:
- Continuously building and developing expertise in our webshop
- Conducting webshop training sessions for customers
- Demonstrating the benefits and added value of using the webshop
- Occasional international travel and participation in exhibitions and trade fairs
You will join a dedicated export sales team based in Strullendorf, working closely with colleagues in sales, logistics, and customer service, as well as with our field sales representatives. The team values collaboration, ownership, and customer focus, and reports directly to the Customer Service & Sales Management.
To be successful in this role, you bring:
- Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience
- Good product and market knowledge
- Very good command of spoken and written English (minimum B2, CEFR); additional foreign languages are an advantage
- An independent, solution-oriented, and efficient working style
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Confident IT skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and common business systems
