Für einen unserer Standorte in DACH suchen wir ab 01. Januar 2026 einen Marketing Specialist (m/w/d) für 12 Monate als Elternzeitvertretung.

What Is Your Role?

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be an all-rounder in terms of creativity from conception to practical implementation. You will support the goal of increasing the awareness and sales of our brand, products, and services, and continuously strengthen customer loyalty through global and local campaigns and experiments. Due to the variety of industries and tasks, you will not get bored. In our team, everyone is an expert in their field, so your own responsibility in campaign implementation is just as important as working with your colleagues.

You Are Responsible For:

• As a link between global and local marketing, you will design and organize different branding and performance campaigns for the local market.
• You will use various measures, channels, and media online and offline that you develop and implement together in the marketing team and keep up with the times.
• The exchange and cooperation with industry and product experts will form the basis of your content orientation.
• To always stay on course and gain new insights, you will check your marketing activities against defined KPIs.
• You will work closely with the international team and do not shy away from sharing your feedback and ideas in English.

Who Are You? For This Job We Have The Following Requirements:

• A completed degree in marketing, communication, or e-commerce, or a comparable qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience in these areas
• Experience in the interaction of different tools and project management
• Ideally knowledge of common marketing tools, for example, for landing page creation, e-mail marketing, dashboards
• You are open and communicative in both German and English in speech and writing
• You can also actively listen and prepare complex topics for target groups
• You are a team player, have a maker gene, and nobody can outdo you in terms of organizational talent
• You value reliability, sense of duty, and keeping your appointments
