Account Manager – Poland North-Eastern Region (Białystok)

Join our team as an Account Manager in the Poland North-Eastern Region, and take part in building long-term relationships with our clients while achieving sales goals through solutions tailored to their individual needs! As a leader in your field, you will be crucial in managing the sales territory, maximizing profits, and working closely with the sales experts team.

What Does The Role Entail?

Your tasks:

  • Building and maintaining long-term business relationships with clients, mainly B2B, active acquisition, analysis of needs, and comprehensive customer service in accordance with KRAMP sales standards and policies,
  • Collaborating with company departments to optimize sales processes,
  • Responsibility for achieving sales plans in accordance with the specified requirements, achieving KPI indicators.
  • Professional advice in the field of product offerings, technical support, active participation in training, presentations, promoting e-commerce sales,
  • Creating a positive company image and ensuring professional service.

Our Expectations:

  • Higher education, technical/business or related secondary/vocational education,
  • Experience in a similar position, working with B2B clients, desirable in the agro industry, technical industry,
  • Good knowledge of the product and the local market,
  • Sales experience,
  • Very good communication and ability to establish and maintain relationships with the Client,
  • Attitude towards seeking new solutions and supporting business,
  • Ability to set and achieve goals, define tasks,
  • Openness to working in the field,
  • High motivation in completing tasks and decisiveness in achieving business goals,
  • Knowledge of English will be an additional asset.
